Holiness of life is simply the response of a loving heart to the grace and love that God has shown us in Christ. Holiness is essential for the church, if we are to live as kings and priests in the kingdom of God.
Each one of us in Christ is called on to grow in Christ in such a way that we reflect His holy character in our lives.
The Word did not simply survive, it conquered. The church did not just increase in numbers, it prevailed.
The gospel of Jesus transcended every boundary of time, space, culture and language. It was spread over the world. The Word prevailed, but not because of television, radio or mass media of any kind. The Word prevailed because it was alive in the hearts of men and women who followed Jesus.
As long as God uses mortals as co-laborers, there will be issues and problems.
Be ready to receive from the Lord and be willing to walk in the responsibility of a new anointing on your life.
There must be a violent faith active in your heart to press beyond the bounds of the ordinary and receive the blessing God has for you.
Things of the Spirit do not always come easily to the willing vessel. Sometimes you must press forward with all your might against any obstacle in your path, if you are to receive the fullness of the Kingdom blessings.
A son in ministry must share a common spiritual vision with his spiritual father.
The flow of divine power is limited only by the measure of the vessel that is being filled.
Divine power and authority are not given for the purpose of parading flesh or exalting men, but to serve the church and save the lost.
A meek leader knows that the authority that has been given him is to be used to build up God’s kingdom, not his personal stature or wealth.
The placement into leadership is God’s choice, not man’s. It does not come from personal ambition.
Meekness in a leader means he or she understands that the gifting of God is by His grace.
Meekness means that the center of your life is not yourself. Meekness means that you realize we are all made in the image of God, that we all come from the same dust of the earth and that without the breath of God, we would all be nothing.
Meekness is not weakness. Being meek does not mean being shy or demure. Meekness is not low self-esteem; it is proper esteem.
