We have the freedom to make choices that can lead to blessing and favor or painful consequences. Battling busyness requires me to take a look inside my heart to make sure that my choices align with with my values/priorities. It’s not enough to simply prioritize my schedule, I’ve got to choose and schedule those things that matter most.
Many of us have merely added Christ to our lives as another interest in an already busy and otherwise overcrowded schedule. This sort of thinking has watered down the meaning of a personal relationship with Christ. The problem is that we often seek the God we want, but do not know the God who is.
Many are busily rushing to hell with a lot of cash their master the devil gave them in their hands. To avoid hell, you must have Jesus Christ in your heart and in your hands. He is the only way out of hell. Oh for your information, Jesus once described money as master and God also as a master and He concluded by saying you 'can't serve two masters'. (Matthew 6:24)
God never does anything for a man that he can do for himself. The Lord is too busy for that—to be doing things for men that they can do themselves. God never quit drinking for a man; that is the man's own lookout. God never quit lying for anybody; that is your own job. God never quit stealing for anybody; that is your business to look after.
