Most of us don’t want to get too close to God because we do not want to go through what God wants to use us for! Nothing else you do will bring you fulfillment like doing the will of God can.
It takes courage to say no to the things or people that are pulling you away from what God requires of you. You will have to make hard choices! When you make those hard choices to live for God, He will make those hard choices easy for you. Trust Him!
Most of us look for people to fulfill our every need; placing high expectations on them only to be disappointed. Those expectations are misplaced! All we need is found in Christ alone. No one can do what He can do for us!
You can't trust God and live in fear. Fear will cause you to disobey God.
We need to stop comparing ourselves to other people. When we do this, what we are saying is that we are really upset with what God is doing in our lives! He knows what's best for us. Learn to be content with your journey.
God loves you the way you are, but He also loves you too much to let you stay the same spiritually. Let God transform you. Stop resisting the change!
Learn to agree with God! Agree with all that He is doing in your life, knowing that He will work it out His way for your good according to His will. This agreement leads to joy, peace, and rest for your soul. Aren’t you tired of your soul being in a constant state of unrest? Agree with Him.
Nothing in our world today is secure. There are many things around us that constantly fail us - our jobs, pensions, health, and loved ones to name a few. The only secure thing in this world is knowing Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior. He will never fail us! Seek Him daily.
God works on our behalf even when we don’t deserve it. That is how much He loves us! Stop living as if you are not under His care. He is able!

God's way is not the best choice, it's the only choice! Stop operating like you have other options outside of Him. He is our only true hope! We always count on Him to never leave or forsake us.
There are things in our lives daily that can wear us out. Those things can only succeed in wearing us out when we make those things lord instead of making Jesus Christ our Lord. He has all the solutions to our issues! Keep your eyes on Him!
Most of us are desperately seeking people’s approval and missing out on God’s favor. Stop looking for people to make you feel good about yourself. Look to God!
