Take a Christian sometime and put him under a strain and watch how he acts, and you can tell what he's made out of. Everybody can go good; everybody can praise the Lord while the Holy Spirit's a falling in a congregation of people. But let trouble arise and watch what takes place.
A Christian is to be Christ-like. And a Christian cannot be a Christian until Christ comes into the man, the Life of Christ in him. Then it produces the Life that Christ lived, and you do the things that Christ did. What am I talking about? Personal relationship to Christ. What is it? Is your life worthy of the Gospel?
You're a Christian when you are born again and filled with the Holy Ghost, not until that, and you're yielded completely to the Spirit. If you're not yielded to the Spirit, then you're not borned again and you don't have the Holy Ghost.
Some people make up their mind, that when they come to the meeting, that they're coming to find something to criticize. Well now, Satan will be sure to show you that. If you come determined, you're going to find something good, God will show it to you. Now, it's your attitude, dear Christian.
